PURCHASING INFORMATION


PRICING:
    Flat $27 ground shipping for orders over $200, continental U.S.A.
    All products are reasonably priced.
    If you believe you deserve a lower rate, please call 734-761-8148 for a discussion.

    Ways to order:

    Please note: if there is a problem of paying an online order with credit cards, please submit the order as a purchase order without the payment, or send your orders by e-mails.

  • For regular fly food users, it will be convenient to set up weekly standing orders with an option to change quantities by Fri before the week you need them.
  • You will receive an order confirmation including shipping info after order is processed. Please review them carefully and let us know any erros.
  • Regular orders will be shipped within 24 hours.
  • Orders of agar plates will take 24-48 hours.
  • Orders of fly food are due by Fridays and shipped out on Mondays and Tuesdays.
  • We will do the best to accommodate custom requests without hefty extra charges.
SHIPPING:
  • Orders are shipped by ground services. Plese refer to Fedex ground map and UPS ground map for estimated transit time from LabExpress to your area. When necessary, we might select 2-day services to expedite the shipping of Agar plates and Fly food for customers in the 3- or 4-day transit area by ground service with no extra cost to the customers.
  • We ship orders when they are ready. We are not able to accommodate requests for specific shipping dates.
  • The notification with tracking information will be send out by Fedex/UPS once they receive the shipping information from us. Only one e-mail address is allowed for the purpose. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive it.
  • Agar plates/Fly food are not shipped on Thursdays or Fridays to avoid prolonged stay at UPS/Fedex stations over weekends. If you wish differently, please contact us beforhand.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES: Please be accurate with the shipping address including the zip code. Address correction charge by UPS/Fedex is $24.99/package. We will pass the charge to you. If packages are returned to us, you will be responsible for all the related cost.

BILLING:
    Cash, checks, purchase orders and major credit cards are all accepted. Monthly invoices for customers with weekly standing orders or upon request.

PRODUCT PROBLEMS:
    If there is problem with any products, please notify us within five working days upon package receival.
    If you think the products are damaged by rough handling during shipping process, please provide the following information when you report the incident to us. The information is requried for us to file a successful damage claim with the shipping carrier:
  • keep the damaged packages for inspection by the shipping carrier.
  • Photo of shipping label on outside of damaged box.
  • Photo of opened box with contents inside.
  • Photo of specific item with damage.
